Budget Badge offers the following Returns Policy: Your satisfaction is guaranteed at budgetbadge.com If you have ordered something incorrectly or have decided against your purchase contact us at 866-807-8140 or sales@budgetbadge.com to process a return.

Have your order number, company name, and credit cards used to purchase available to arrange your return or exchange. Our Return Policy Unopened/Unused Items Incorrect or unwanted items purchased through budgetbadge.com may be return it within 30 days of receipt according to the following requirements:

Product must be unopened, unused and sealed in their original packaging and all returns must include original packaging, boxes, instructions, etc. Products must be shipped back to budgetbadge.com freight pre-paid (customer pays for shipping back). A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your credit. Opened Items We are unable to accept the return of 'opened' items, but can, on occasion make excpetions for the following: Hardware that fails during the warranty period through no fault of the end-user (excludes printheads),Returns must be authorized by budgetbadge.com. Defective merchandise received that is non-functioning or defective out of the packaging, please contact budgetbadge.com to arrange for a sales return order (SRO). We will do our best to replace the product as quickly as possible pending manufacturer's approval

Return Procedures and Guidelines 

Contact budgetbadge.com to obtain an SRO and ship to address within 30 days of receipt of your order. SRO numbers must be clearly marked on all returned packages in order for proper tracking and credit to be issued Items not clearly marked or returned to any other address besides that provided by budgetbadge.com will be subject to additional shipping fees and/or surcharges. budgetbadge.com reccomends that you use UPS/FedEx or another insured carrier that offers tracking capability. Products must be shipped back freight prepaid (customer pays for shipping). Items must be received by budgetbadge.com within 10 days of issuance of SRO. Returned items must be in original packaging, instructions, etc.,unmarked and undamaged. budgetbadge.com cannot be held responsible nor issue credit for any returned items that fail to arrive at our facility or arrive as damaged goods. These items will be returned to sender. Credit will be issued to the original credit card only after inspection by budgetbadge.com. We do not give credit for shipping on the original order. budgetbadge.com reserves the right to ammend these polices at any time.

budgetbadge.com has a randomn authentication process in place designed to verify the customer and credit card(s) used in the sale of card-making equipment. This policy is in place to protect all parties involved in the transaction. The procedure is random in nature and verifies the person/company making the purchase is doing so in a legitimate fashion. Your account may be choosen to complete this validation process and we thank you in advance for your cooperation with our sales staff.

Due to factors such as manufacturer errors, revisions, model changes/upgrades, image errors, etc., we cannot guarantee the accuracy of pricing, specifications, model (changes) for products that are represented on this website.

By conducting a purchase through budgetbadge.com you agree to hold budgetbadge.com, its principals and representatives harmless against any claims, losses or costs resulting in the use of this website. You also agree that there may be delays, inaccuracies,etc related to the products or services contained in or promoted by this website. budgetbadge.com shall not be held liable for any damages as a result of the use or non-use of any component of this website.

Shipping

We ship securely via well known and trustworthy carriers.  Generally all orders are shipped the same day they are ordered.  Occasionally back orders will apply and you will be notified of any delays.  All items ship from Memphis, Tennessee and transit times can be estimated to be 3 - 5 days ground.  Freight costs are calculated from origin’s zip code to ship to zip code.  All freight is calculated and available at the time of check out.
